Addison Flint

Hi Tigers!  I’m Addison Flint and I’m running for next year's junior class officer position for the 23-24 school year. This past school year I got to serve as sophomore class president, and I have learned so many new things about being a leader and our student body, it has been amazing and I want to continue to keep serving you. Some accomplishments I’ve achieved: A member of the Tigard Dance and Golf team, 22-23 sophomore class president, dance team captain, and Sparrow Club. This past year I have also helped lead and plan this year's kickball and dodgeball tournament, and the ‘23 Winter formal. 
Here's what you would be voting for if you vote Addison:
  • Improvement of the connection and communication between the leadership class and the student body 
  • I am passionate about advocating for others, I am here for you and always willing to speak up for those who can't.
  • I believe in creating an environment for students to feel welcomed, valued, and important to THS.
  • I am passionate about mental health and emotional well being, I am always here for my peers when needed and want to make THS a space where people feel comfortable asking for help.
  • I am always finding ways to make sure all sports get the equal treatment and spotlight they deserve, along with other communities in our school like theater, clubs, and more!
  • I am big on maintaining school pride and energy, I am always looking for opportunities to improve student body participation and carrying on traditions.

Anna Mimnaugh

 Hey Tigers! My name is Anna Mimnaugh and I am running to be one of your Junior Class Officers for the 2023-24 school year.
I got the opportunity to serve as Sophomore Class Officer this last year and would love to serve you again next year. I helped plan Dodgeball, Winter Formal, and Kickball; as well as the football outs this past year. I hope to bring new and creative ideas to the leadership class next year to continue previous events, while also creating new ones.
As class officer, I hope to:
  • Make your voices heard and valued
  • Promote school spirit and energy
  • Create a positive environment where everyone feels empowered to use their voice
Creating a community of kindness and accountability is important to me and I am passionate about implementing that into THS. I would love to represent you and the Junior class this incoming school year. Don’t forget to vote Anna Mimnaugh for Junior Class Officer during second period on May 31st! 

Emma Le

Hey Tigers! I’m Emma Le and I am running for Class Officer. I play for the girl's soccer team and run track! As an Asian American, I want to bring more cultural appreciation to this school, as well as more advertising for school sports events! Through Tigard, I feel like I've found a home, I have so many friends and teachers who support me. I want to make Tigard a better place for everyone around me.

Evelyn Agosto

Hi, I'm Evelyn Agosto Jeronimo, i am a sophomore running for junior student officer. As future  Vice President of MEChA and a leader of Link Tree, I'm passionate about promoting diversity and cultural recognition on campus. I'm committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students. If elected, I plan to work closely with my fellow officers to ensure that students have a voice in shaping the policies and programs that affect their lives. With my love of Hispanic food and my fluency in multiple languages, I believe I'm an asset to the student body and a strong advocate for student input. I would appreciate your support in my campaign for junior student officer!
my goals as a student officer: 
  • Promoting  more diversity

Kate Briggs

Hi Tigers! My name is Kate Briggs and I am thrilled to be running for junior class officer! Over this past year as a sophomore class officer, I have helped plan many successful events including Dodgeball, Kickball, Winter Formal, and Unity Day! I have absolutely loved spending this last year as a part of the THS leadership team and taking opportunities to serve our student body, be a voice for our class, and better our school, and I really want to continue to do so this coming school year! Outside of leadership, I have taken on many roles as a leader including stage manager at Tigard Theatre, NHS Member, Link Crew, and more! If elected, I will continue to be an advocate for different groups throughout the school, as well as making the class and school as equitable as possible. I hope you’ll consider voting me for junior class officer to have a fantastic year!

Layne Montgomery

Hi everyone! My name is Layne Montgomery and I'm excited to get the chance to run again as a junior class officer this upcoming school year! I love being on Tigard’s soccer team, as well as supporting and helping to put on all the amazing events for Tigard to get everyone involved . My main focus as junior class officer this year is to continue to make sure everyone feels respected by their fellow classmates and know that their opinions are recognized. I am a believer in respect for all, and everyone here should feel respected and confident with the way they present themselves.
 Here are a few of my main goals as class officer: 
  • Respect should be a priority, and it should be shown throughout the halls. 
  • It’s important that at Tigard High School, we appreciate the opinions and differences of others, even if they are not the same as our own.
  • I know some people don’t have instagram or other forms of getting access to the information Tigard High School provides. I plan on making sure that the news gets out via posters, email, etc. so all students are aware of upcoming events.
  • I will listen to your guys’ opinions and will be open to any suggestions you have to positively improve and add to Tigard High School.
  • I plan on working with the leadership team to create fun events that are inclusive to everyone in the student body and encourage people from all groups within Tigard to attend. ​

Maddie Chambers

Hey Tigers! I’m Madison Chambers, but you can call me Maddie. I'm running for Junior Class Officer for the 2023-2024 school year. I am a 2-year veteran on our Tigerettes Dance Team and a member of our Tigard High BSU. “For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.” This quote by Nelson Mandela speaks not only on my goals in Leadership but my goals in equity. If elected as a class officer I will use my platform to assure that all students feel included and valued to use their voices effectively! If you vote Maddie you are voting for a candidate who has faced countless obstacles but will bring diversity, optimism, and creativity to our Tigard High Leadership. Madi Vogel

Hi Tigers! My name is Madi Vogel and I am running for junior class officer. This past year, I have been a sophomore class officer and it has been an amazing experience. I’ve helped plan events such as dodgeball, winter formal, and kickball, all while working with a great group of sophomores that I would love to work with again! I am always passionate about making the necessary changes needed at THS and promoting kindness and equality for all throughout the student body. Some of my goals for this year that I want to implement/continue working on are:
  • Planning and running fun, school spirited events that everyone can enjoy 
  • Making all feel welcome at Tigard and making it a safe space, both in leadership and the entire school
  • Working on our respect and kindness as a community and making that our priority

Noor Alogbi

Hi my name is Noor Alogbi. I am also apart of MENA! I am running for junior class officer because I can do what’s right, help lower represented people, and improve our community! When we work together, we have different perspectives on how we see a problem and how to have a solution for that problem. Payten Roth

Hi, I’m Payten Roth and I am running to be one of your Junior Class Officers. I am on the THS girls soccer team and the girls Lacrosse team. I have experience in being a leader of a team and just being a part of a team as a whole. I want to help lead our school so we can give everyone equal opportunities and for everyone to be able to do what makes them happy. Overall, I want the class of 2025 to be remembered. 

Some goals I want to focus on this year:
  • Encourage everyone to come and support sporting games and outside-of-school events.
  • To make everyone at Tigard feel like they are in a safe place and welcomed.
  • Spreading more awareness about mental health.
